Kegel Exercises: Pelvic Floor Support
Kegel exercises help strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, which is important for maintaining internal comfort and stability in men after 50. They are very simple to perform, and do not require special equipment. To get started, you need to find the muscles that are responsible for controlling the flow of urine. Then you need to contract them, holding the tension for a few seconds, and then slowly relax them. At first, it is enough to do this a few times, paying attention to the correct technique and even breathing. Over time, the duration of the contractions can be increased, and the number of repetitions can be gradually added. These exercises can be performed in any position: lying down, sitting or standing. It is important to do them regularly, devoting just a few minutes a day to feel the effect in the form of improved pelvic floor support and overall comfort.
